Overview
This document helps you to send emails to all WHM/cPanel users at the same time. This functionality is easy if your server is down for maintenance purposes for a specific period. Or if you want to inform reseller users about security concerns.
Step 1: Log in to WHM via root access.
Step 2: After login, you’ll be redirected to the Home Page over there you’ve to select Account Functions.
Step 3: In next step, you have to select Email All User >> Account Functions
Step 4: Enter information in the Sender Name, Sender Email Subject and Message Body text boxes.
Step 5: Now, you have to scroll down to the end, click on the check box Send Email to Resellers’ Customer as well if you want to send email to resellers’ customers, and click on send.
Step 6: When you hit the Send button, the page gets refresh. Till the time page gets refreshes, check the information you’ve entered.
Step 7: To send the email, you’ve to click on Send once again. Emails have been sent! This message will get displayed when the email is sent.
Warning: It is mandatory to click on Send again to send the emails.
